Thanks to all the members of our reunion planning committee for a very successful reunion! It was great seeing you .. no one had changed .. just like stepping back into time.  Only wished we had more time to spend in conversations as the clock moved way too fast Saturday night. Best to all of you!!

comment by Vicki Kerley (Laughlin)

I so loved high school and would love to see everyone.  In January 2008, I lost my beloved friend of almost 50 years, Connie Adams Cooper.  I know she will be missed at the reunion.  Tom and I still live in New Mexico and love it.  We don't have mesquitos here and no one here ever heard of "chiggers".  We are both retired and are enjoying retirement.  We are so busy we wonder how we ever had time to work.  Have a good time.  Will try to see you at "50th".

Contrary to the list, I am not missing in action! I look forward to seeing everyone in August.  It will be fun! Elizabeth

comment by Barry Harber

I finally decided to come (better late than never).  See y'all soon!

comment by Cliff Dobson

After saying I could come, now I can't! One of my sons is a Naval submarine officer who is returning a little earlier than expected from deployment after many months. My wife says we're going to San Diego instead of Bryan! Have a great time! I'll keep my fingers crossed for the 50th! Anybody coming to Charlottesville, VA., please look me up!

comment by James Lock

I just took off my headphones and turned the record player off and realized that forty years was missing.  I hope I can get an excuse so I don't have to retake any classes or anything.   Actually I am an Aggie, and then I worked for and retired from A&M.  I started a consulting business in 1991 and I have never worked this hard in my life.  No more field days running over the principal on my motorcycle and no more lunches at the Whataburger on the curve.  I look forward to seeing and talking to everybody but I am afraid I have lost most of my memory for people, places and things from 40 years age.  Maybe everybody will remind me and tell my wife what a wonderful nice  person I was (could have been?).  See you there.  I'll be the old man who stole James Lock's mind and soul.

What a blast!   The committee did an awesome job!   I think this was the most fun reunion we've had!   Can't wait until the next one! However, maybe I'm too old to remember the others! Scasta

I don't know what y'all are talking about!  I'm not old, my vision isn't failing, I don't color my hair, don't use wrinkle cream nor have I gained any weight!  See y'all in August. p.s.  If you believe all this, I have some oceanfront property in Arizona for sale!

GREAT FUN seeing ALL! I so missed those not attending.  So the class of 69 has held up "mighty fine"  The men just need a little hair color!!! I find my self wishing to have had more time for conversation also, and some I just realized were THERE!! (Guess they didn't recognize ME either)   Many many thanks again for all the efforts of the committee!  GREAT JOB!!  Hugs to all!!

comment by Linda Restivo

OK..... WHO is responsible for the "CLOSE-UPS" ????  OH my GOODNESS!!!!!!

comment by Janet Ritchey Cable

I can't get the Reunion out of my mind!  I had so much fun talking and catching up on everyone's lives.  The hours seemed to fly by that night.  At first when I would look at someone, I would think to myself,"Who is that person?"  Then I would study their face and I would know exactly who they were.  It was like stepping back in time.  Yes, our bodies had changed just a little on the outside, but our hearts were still connected to the Class of "69!  A big thank you to all of those involved with putting the Reunion together.  In my eyes, it was a huge success!

comment by Bear Leonard Ferguson

Sorry I missed this one!  I'm back up in the Chicagoland area, Director of Marketing for a forensic engineering firm.  I didn't hear about the reunion, and see that I was on the "Missing" list.  Oh well, I'll try to do a better job staying in touch.  I seem to get to Houston or Dallas once a year.

comment by David Campbell

Barbara and I had the greatest time!  It's a truly wonderful thing to be able to travel back to the day and do something like this.  Everyone looked good, a real sight for sore eyes.   To anyone I missed, I apologize and hope our paths cross later on. To all the organizers, thank you so much for your ability and caring in pulling this off! All of you guys are wonderful!

a huge Thank You to all the committee members for doing an outstanding job of planning and executing this fun and memorable 50th reunion.  You only get one shot at number 50, it is a big deal and I had a wonderful time. I would hope the suggestion for every 5 years to get together is heeded since we are all getting along in years. Fabulous as always, Class of '69! Paula

comment by Abbie Thomason

What would some of us do were it not for name tags?           Really look forward to seeing those coming while wishing for some to show from the M.I.A. list.                        Car 54, Where are You?

It will be great to see everyone. Anything to get out of work.  I am still a pharmacist with no end in sight.  No wait, my twin sons have just finished nursing school, so there is some hope. Forty years ago.  Can you believe it... See you there.  Ken
